How has ISM benefitted Jennifer Carballo?
"It taught me that you can learn a lot from failure."
What was a challenge they faced and overcame?
"One semester, I was in a team and one of my team members and I constantly disputed with each other regarding our project, in which it caused a lot of tension within our team. For the sake of our group, we made an effort to get to know each other and the way we work so we could be more cohesive when it was time to get stuff done."
Advice
"Put all your effort not just in your work, but into a topic you genuinely enjoy and can see yourself doing in the future. Appreciate the chaos, because it goes by really fast."
