How has ISM benefitted Maleeha Khan?
"From securing a mentor to networking with professionals, ISM has empowered me to make an impact on my future at a young age."
What was a challenge they faced and overcame?
"Initially finding a mentor was a difficult process for me as an ISM I student. While having a script was a nice 'safety blanket', I soon realized it was holding me back. As soon as I ditched the script, my voice sounded less robotic and I got calls back from potential mentors because I sounded more organic!"
Advice
"You have to be willing to put in the effort to succeed! I know it sounds obvious, but this is something that is important, even outside of ISM."
